Early rise and on the road for Dunedin with our bus driver Ross who will be with us for the next 12 days, while we are on the South Island. Passed on through the Canterbury plains, Timaru and Richie McCaw’s home town Oamaru where we lunched in Fat Sals. Back on the bus and onto Stafford Gables Youth Hostel in Dunedin, our home for the next two days. A light workout, supposedly, in Andrew Melville’s home club Zingari-Richmond and we are ready for Newbridge College’s first ever match in New Zealand. Another lovely meal in Mornington Tavern and an early night for tomorrow’s big game.
